PUCHONG – Kemajuan Masteron Sdn Bhd (Masteron) has recently launched its latest serviced apartment project KR7 Residences in Taman Mas Puchong.

The development marks the seventh in Masteron's iconic "Koi" series, following the huge success of past iterations of the series, including Koi Kinrara, Koi Tropika, Koi Boulevard, Koi Legian, Koi Prima and Koi Suites.

With a Gross Development Value of RM208 million, KR7 is poised to be a fully self-contained, low-density development with a total of 484 units spread across two blocks, with just eight to ten units on each floor featuring two and three-bedroom layouts.

The first phase (Tower A), is slated for completion in 2025.

During the KR7 launching ceremony held on June 16 at the sales gallery in Koi Prima, Puchong, Masteron Group of Companies executive director Datuk Choy Wai Hin and its director Choy Kin Mann were present.

Also in attendance were the group's corporate guests, agent and partner representatives, and members of the media, who were treated to an experiential tour that future residents of KR7 could look forward to.

The event also included a private dining experience hosted by celebrity chef Datuk Fazley Yaakob.

Kin Mann said upon completion, KR7 will address the growing demand for future-proof homes, alluding to the evolving role of living spaces to also serve as a home office, a full-time kitchen and a wellspring of peace, security and comfort.

The development, he said will incorporate forward-thinking design and concepts at its core, exemplifying Masteron’s commitment to innovation and excellence to improve the living standards of its residents.

“KR7 is poised to be a development with a difference, meeting the evolved needs of today’s modern urban dweller, especially among the younger generation.

“It comes as part of our forward-thinking approach to design and functionality, while adapting to the very definition of the word ‘home’ as we know it, which has seen a drastic shift over the last two years, owing to the pandemic and the lockdowns and living conditions that it has brought about,” Kin Mann said.

To ensure top-of-class quality of the development’s interior and communal spaces design, the developer has collaborated with interior fitout firm Federal International Holdings Bhd, which had demonstrated an excellent track record, even designing for high-end hospitality names including the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis.

Also, to ensure the ultimate peace of mind for KR7 residents, Masteron has invested in a modern security system, which does away with the traditional lock and key, but includes a smart lock system with enhanced security features including fingerprint access.

KR7 will also be equipped with a contactless food delivery system in addition to the shield system, which could facilitate the transformation of the multifunctional hall in the project into isolation rooms, if necessary.

Meanwhile, Wai Hin said this was part of Masteron’s long standing commitment to first-time homebuyers and young families, looking for high quality residences.

“I am a firm believer in constant innovation and creativity in order to remain relevant and evolve with the times.

“In this regard, one segment of the market we will continue to serve are first time homeowners and young families, which is all the more important for us to develop future-proof homes that meet the growing needs and desires of the next generation of homeowners and urban dwellers.

“It has been a long journey to get to where we are today, but rest assured, we will not stop, as we continue to be a developer of choice for years, even generations to come,” he said.
