Lorry driver severely injured in lorry-trailer collision

RAWANG - A man is severely wounded after his lorry colliding with a trailer at Kilometre 424.3 on the North-South Expressway (Plus) earlier today.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department Director Norazam Khamis said they received a distress call on the incident at 6.12am and a team from Bukit Sentosa Fire and Rescue Station were rushed to the scene and arrived seven minutes later.
"The victim in his 30s aged 30 was conscious but he was severely injured as his leg was pinned at the driver's seat.
“The trailer driver suffered no injuries," he said in a statement on Friday.
