Woman, 55, survives 21st floor fall from apartment in North Jakarta

JAKARTA - A 55-year-old woman has survived after falling from the 21st floor of an apartment and landing on a parked car, according to a local media report.
She slipped while drying clothes on her balcony in Gading Nias, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, here on Thursday and fell on the roof of a parked vehicle.
The woman survived with a broken left arm.
Kelapa Gading District police chief Vokky Sagala was quoted by online media as saying that the woman was conscious and could communicate while being rushed to the hospital.
"The incident happened around 3 pm. Residents immediately took her to Gading Nias Hospital. She is in a stable condition," he said, adding that the police were investigating the fall. - BERNAMA
