Raya dishes: How to make Roti Jala

Roti Jala
Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 egg
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions:
1.Mix flour, milk, salt, turmeric powder, water, butter, and egg until a smooth batter forms.
2.Brush a little oil onto a non-stick pan on medium heat.
3.Gradually pour the batter slowly in circular motion to form a lacy pattern. Cook until set. This only takes about 2 minutes.
4.Slide the crepe out of the pan onto a plate. Repeat until all batter is used up.
When cool enough, fold in both sides of the crepe and roll neatly. The Roti Jala is now ready to be served!
