SHAH ALAM - With about 40,000 to 50,000 youths turning 18 every month and automatically registered as voters and gazetted under the electoral roll by the 16th of each month, political parties are scrambling to woo youths to sign in as members and vote for the party as speculation over general elections heats up.

Lawyer Kamil Munim, who is gunning the position of PKR youth deputy chief post spoke to Sinar Daily Politically Frank segment over what inspired him to join politics, his family history and the impact of reformasi in 1999.

With Adam Adli vying for the youth chief post and Kamil as the running mate for party elections in May can they win against their rivals Penang PKR Youth chief Fahmi Zainol and running mate Rawang assemblyman Chua Wei Kiat and eventually woo young voters to join them?
