Ramadan bazaar favourites: Caramel pudding

Creamy, luxurious with a hint of caramel. This is a perfect sweet ending to a hearty meal.
Ingredients:
42g brown sugar
220ml water
1 cup milk
70g brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instruction:
1.Heat the pan. Pour sugar and let it caramelize. Once done, pour it into a bowl and let it rest
2.In a pot, add milk, let it simmer, and add sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Whisk the mixture into the hot milk
3. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the caramel.
4. Seal it and steam it for 35 minutes on medium heat.
5. Ready to serve.
