Healthy Wraps: Toasted tortilla wrap
CHEF ABU DZARThis viral food trend is worth the hype! Toast the tortilla for an explosion of texture and flavour in every bite.
Ingredients:
1 tortilla wrap
1/4 cup holland onion
2 sliced red chili
2 lettuce green coral leaves
1 tablespoon bolognese sauce
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1/2 of a sausage (chopped)
1 tablespoon thousand island
Instruction:
1. Make a slit from one edge to the middle of the tortilla wrap.
2. For the first quarter on the bottom left put the bolognese sausage and cheese.
3. For the second slide, put onion and thousand island.
4. The third slide is focused on the lettuce leaves and chili.
5. Fold the first quarter over the second, then follow the second quarter over the third quarter.
6.Heat a pan on low heat and toast the wrap.
