Muhyiddin and Bersatu minister must resign, says Umno's Puad Zarkashi
SHAH ALAM - Newly minted Rengit assemblyman Datuk Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi has urged Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Cabinet ministers from Bersatu to resign following PN's abysmal performance in the recently concluded Johor state election.
Mohd Puad chided PN for their campaign in the state election, stating that the coalition has spent huge resources and have consistently attacked Umno and its leaders harshly.
“Muhyiddin attacked Umno and its leaders harshly, therefore, is it dignified for Muhyiddin and the PPBM minister to remain in the Umno-led government?
“Press the 'button' if you dare, the people of Johor do not believe that you care about the people of Johor,” he posted on his Facebook today.
Last Saturday, Muhyiddin stated that he is willing to resign from the party following PN's performance in the state election.
PN had only won three seats, while BN won in a landslide by clinching 40 out of 56 state seats.
