PKR-Muda clash in Larkin
SHAFIQ TINOJOHOR BAHRU - It has been confirmed. Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) PKR candidate will face Muda in the Larkin state assembly seat in the Johor State Election.
The clash of two strategic partners will see a six-cornered fight with Umno candidate from Barisan Nasional (BN), Bersatu candidate from Perikatan Nasional (PN), Pejuang as well as an independent candidate.
This is the only seat in the state that PKR will meet Muda.
In this state seat, PH-PKR is represented by Dr Zamil Najwah Arbain, 48; BN-UMNO, Mohd Hairi Md Shah, 38; PN-United, Zulkifli Bujang, 44; Muda Rashid Abu Bakar, 28; Pejuang Mohamad Riadz Mohamad, 49 and independent candidate, Norramadan Buan, 46.
Larkin responding officer Datuk Abdul Rahman Salleh said the Election Commission confirmed that there will be six candidates contesting in the state assembly seat after they were satisfied with the documents of all the candidates contesting.
