PUTRAJAYA -- Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin stated the formation of Parti Bangsa Malaysia has no major effect on his party.

He said further that PBM leaders are not from his party.

"Larry Sng (Julau MP) was a PKR member but have expressed his support to Perikatan Nasional but have never joined Bersatu.

"Tebrau MP Steven Choong and those in Perak which I don't know (who they support), heard that they support Datuk Seri Faizal Azumu, not sure whether the record shows that they were Bersatu members or not,'' he said in a press conference after chairing the National Security Council here today.

Last Saturday, Larry was announced as PBM president while Haniza Talha was announced as his deputy.
