Are you using your eye drops correctly?
Eye fatigue, irritated and itchy eyes are common symptoms that occur due to prolonged use of digital devices. Eye drops are typically an easy solution to provide temporary relief.
While it may seem trivial, not knowing how to properly use eye drops can cause further problems. The do’s and don'ts of eye drop usage should be carefully considered before applying them.
For example, don’t use an expired eye drops as the ingredients in the drops may not work effectively.
Combiphar marketing and international operations senior vice president Weitarsa Hendarto gave a few tips on using eye drops during a virtual press conference for the launch of Eye Mo’s new campaign called The Real Thing.

Other tips touched on hygiene where one shouldn’t share the eye drops with others (what more in this Covid-19 era) and to wash hands before and after use.
As for children, the Eye Mo eyedrop is safe to use among children aged 3 and above.
THE REAL THING
Eye Mo is a household brand in Malaysia but did you know that it went absent from the market from 2013 to 2017.
According to the company, when consumers seek to buy Eye Mo even after it returned to the market in 2017, they were still being offered other brands.
The Real Thing campaign aims to tell Malaysians that Eye Mo has made its return, and to position itself as ‘the real thing’.
For the campaign, Eye Mo teamed up with content creator Luqman Podolski to create a video that depicts how irritated eyes can affect our ability to tell what is real and what is not.
In Malaysia, Eye Mo offers two variants; Eye Mo regular drops which relieves minor eye irritation, and Eye Mo Moist designed to moisturise and refresh the eyes.
The eye drops are available at all leading pharmacies nationwide.
