@nickfitra wrote "This is the kind of entertainment we need after all the hard work helping flood victims. Abang bomba, doing their job with a smile!"

@izzatihassan7 added "Hahaha, they still managed to have fun! Hopefully, everything gets easier for the people of the east coast.

@mredzuanharon posted "That’s why when your husband is watering the plants, don’t ask him to pick up laundry, he might forget to close the water valve!

@nqnachi quipped "Allah, what a waste, bro. Please close the valve properly next time. The water’s spilling over to other states!

While the floods have brought their share of challenges, these light-hearted moments offer a refreshing break from the gloom and doom, reminding us that even in times of crisis, a little laughter goes a long way.

But behind the jokes, let's not forget the ongoing flood crisis.

As of 8am today, the flood victims in Malaysia’s nine states stood at 138,052, with some areas seeing slight decreases in numbers.

Kelantan and Terengganu, the hardest-hit regions, were still housing thousands in evacuation centres.

While the situation in some states is improving, the floodwaters in others continue to rise—along with the firefighters’ spirits.

So, hats off to the "Abang Bomba” not just for their bravery, but for their sense of humour.

They have got a big heart, a big hose, and apparently, the best timing for a good laugh.

Stay safe, keep smiling, and remember—sometimes, all we need is a little chuckle to make things feel a whole lot better!
