PUTRAJAYA - Putrajaya MP Datuk Dr Mohd Radzi Md Jidin has criticised the Madani government, saying it "talks too much" and still behaves like the opposition, despite being in power for two years.

This, he said could be seen through the policies introduced by the government.

"I would always mention in Parliament that this government talks too much and still thinks like an opposition, not like a government.

"That’s why we see the policies jumping around," he said.

He said this in an exclusive interview with Sinar at his office, here, on Tuesday.

Citing the 2025 Budget which touched on the T15 issue, the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia vice-president said it was made without a clear framework.

"Many are left wondering. You can’t blame the opposition for supposedly trying to play up the T15 issue.

"The problem is that the framework is unclear. Where is T15 going and who is it for, for example?," he said.

Radzi said the government should conduct a more thorough review before making decisions on policies, as well as comprehensive planning before announcements were made.

"For example, when we asked questions about whether the government has implemented a pilot project for using identity cards as fuel subsidies, the answer in the morning was different from the answer in the afternoon.

"This is because there is no coordination. In fact, big matters like this require more comprehensive, careful and holistic coordination," he added.
