Vivy leaves MACC HQ after questioning without Fadza

FashionValet co-founder Datin Vivy Yusof was seen leaving the MACC headquarters, alone, without her husband Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar.

A source revealed that Vivy, her lawyer and an MACC officer, then went on to visit the home of another FashionValet co-founder.

PUTRAJAYA - FashionValet co-founder Datin Vivy Yusof was seen leaving the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters, here, without her husband Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar.

She was accompanied by her lawyer Shaarvin Raaj Selva Kumar and an MACC investigating officer as she departed in a black Toyota Vellfire at around 4pm after spending an hour and 30 minutes inside the MACC headquarters.

Earlier, MACC had her statement recorded to assist in an ongoing investigation into investment losses amounting to RM43.9 million involving funds from Khazanah Nasional Bhd and Permodalan Nasional Bhd.

Yesterday, it was reported that the MACC searched the couple's residence in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur as part of the investigation.

The anti-graft agency's chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki confirmed that the couple were summoned to give their statements to facilitate the investigation.

MACC was also reported to have frozen 11 personal accounts and six company accounts under the couple's management, valued at around RM1.1 million through "Op Favish."

The case is being investigated under Section 18 of the MACC Act 2009.
