SHAH ALAM - Malaysian track cycling legend Datuk Azizulhasni Awang is ready to embark on a new chapter as a performance advisor after concluding his final appearance at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

In a social media post today, he shared his excitement for the new role, highlighting the advantages and experience gained throughout his career as an athlete.

"Job title is Performance Advisor; Benefit options are Body scar tissue, sore hips, and knees; Required experience is graduate from The School of Hard Knocks," he wrote in a post.

In response to his announcement, netizens expressed overwhelming support for the career transition of "The Pocket Rocketman" and wished him well in his future endeavors.
