SHAH ALAM - American singer Akon is making his long-awaited comeback after a decade, hitting the stage in Kuala Lumpur on Nov 19 as part of "The Superfan Tour."
In Malaysia, the 51-year-old will be performing at Mega Star Arena, while in Singapore, he’s performing at Arena @ EXPO (Hall 7).
Ticket prices and seating plans have also been announced.
Akon is no stranger to chart-topping hits. His 2005 smash single "Lonely” put him on the map globally and the song remains a nostalgic favourite for many Malaysians, but Akon did not stop there.
His 2006 album "Konvicted” was packed with hits, including fan-favourites "Smack That” and "I Wanna Love You.”

If you prefer a seated experience, prices range from RM288 for Silver seats to RM988 for the Upper Level VIP package.
As for his Singapore concert, standing tickets range from S$188 to S$248, while seated options are priced between S$128 and S$288.
Pre-sale registration opens on Sept 18 at 10am, and tickets will go on sale the very next day for those who register early.
If you miss out, general sales will kick off on Sept 20.
