SHAH ALAM - Malaysian blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin died in the United Kingdom (UK) yesterday (Monday) at the aged of 74.
News of his death was confirmed by his brother, Raja Idris, this morning as reported by online news portal Free Malaysia Today,
"It is with great sadness that I am informing you that my loving brother, Raja Petra Kamarudin, has just passed away at 11.26pm UK time on Monday, Sept 9 in Manchester, UK," Idris reportedly said.
Raja Petra, popularly known as RPK operated the Malaysia Today website which featured commentaries and articles on Malaysian politics which were often controversial.

Born on Sept 27, 1950, the political critic had been living in Manchester for several years.
