SHAH ALAM - Singer and YouTuber Muhammad Nidza Afham Mokhtar was found dead yesterday after going missing close to midnight on August 13.
His body was found around Jalan Tepi Sungai, Sungai Kolok, near Sungai Klang at 7pm and identified by his next of kin at the location.
Who is Nidza Afham?
Nidza gained fame through his appearance on the reality show "I Can See Your Voice 3" and his viral cover of D'Masiv's song "Rindu Setengah Mati," which garnered nearly 7 million views.
He further built his audience on YouTube, Spotify, and TikTok.
What happpened next?
On the evening of August 13, Nidza left his home in Klang for a jogging session at Sultan Sulaiman Stadium.
His last known location was at Kota Bridge, and his family filed a missing person report early the next morning.

- August 13, 11.53pm - His location showed that he was at Kota Bridge, near the KLANG Royal City Council (MBDK).
- August 14, 4.22am - His family lodged a missing person’s report
Authorities are still investigating, but Nidza’s sister suspected a robbery as his cash and bank card were missing from belongings recovered with his body.
Nidza’s body has been sent to Hospital Shah Alam where the forensics unit is conducting an autopsy.
Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Razarudin Husain said the autopsy report will help determine whether criminal elements were involved.
