This indulgent kampung-style menu showcases authentic flavors with a contemporary flair, available throughout the holy month of Ramadan from 7pm to 10pm.
General Manager of Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort Christoph Voegeli revealed that his culinary team has crafted a menu with traditional Ramadan tastes.
"Our culinary team has meticulously curated a menu that pays homage to traditional Ramadan flavours while presenting a contemporary twist that is sure to tantalize your taste buds.
"From mouthwatering appetizers to delectable main courses and irresistible desserts, we'd like to invite you and your loved ones to an unforgettable dining experience that honours the spirit of togetherness, gratitude, and reflection," he said.
With a daily rotation, the menu boasts over 188 dishes, complemented by live cooking stations. Highlights include signature specialties such as BBQ Whole Lamb with Biryani, Kari Kepala Ikan Jenahak Tomato Bendi, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, Rendang Daging Tok, Sotong Sumbat Masak Lemak, Ayam Panggang Percik Kelantan, freshly grilled seafood, and an array of delightful Malay Kuih Muih.
Buffet vouchers for the 'Selera Kampung' feast are priced at RM138 per adult, with Early Bird vouchers available at RM110 until March 12, 2024. Children aged 4 to 12 can indulge for RM80 , while those under 4 dine complimentary.
