KLANG - Few individuals believed to be the victim’s family members of an aircraft that crashed in Kampung Tok Muda, Kapar were seen arriving in the area earlier today.
A man and two women were seen arriving at approximately 5pm accompanied by police who were on duty at the scene.
They were then taken to a tent set up by the authorities located near the crash site here.
Sinar Daily checks also found a helicopter belonging to the Fire and Rescue Department hovered in the airspace here, believed to be conducting a search for victims and plane debris at the scene of the incident.
Meanwhile, Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan had also arrived at the scene of the incident at about 5.45pm to review the search and rescue operation being carried out.
Earlier today, authorities had confirmed the aircraft crashed and the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department responded to a distress call at 1.56pm.
Residents of Kampung Tok Muda and nearby villages also gathered at the area to wait for updates from the officials on the aircraft crash.
Also at the location was Kapar Member of Parliament Dr Halimah Ali.
