Yesterday, the media reported that about 20 MyAirline workers had lodged a police report at IPD Sepang together with the Malaysian Trade Union Congress (MTUC) secretary-general Kamarul Baharin Mansor.

Kamarul reportedly said that the police report was filed as MyAirline had allegedly failed to make salary payments and contributions to the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Perkeso since May.

The suspension of its operation on Oct 12 which was said to have come from financial pressure had also left over 500 of its employees questioning the status of their service in the company that had its first flight on Dec 1 last year.
