RANTAU PANJANG - A resolute farmer devised a trap to catch a 100kg python that had preyed on his beloved duck.
The 65-year-old senior's efforts paid off when the python was lured into the trap by the bait he had set.
The incident occurred in Kampung Batu Karang yesterday.
The captured python has been handed over to the Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) in Pasir Mas.
