NEW DELHI - At least four people were killed and five others injured Tuesday in two successive blasts inside a soap manufacturing factory in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, officials said.
The blasts occurred at Lohia Nagar locality of Meerut district in Uttar Pradesh, about 104 km northeast of New Delhi, India's national capital, said Xinhua.
According to officials, rescue teams of the disaster response force and police rushed to the spot.
