BENTONG - Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says he will continue to speak up no matter his age, for the sake of religion, nation and country.
He said his struggle was not about chasing the Prime Minister position or money.
"I am old, already 98 years old. According to the Islamic calendar, I am 101 years old.
"But I can still speak, so I will speak up to fight for religion, race and country.

"It is not for money, I don't want to be the PM (prime minister). If I want to be PM, I would not have resigned," he said when speaking at the Ceramah Mega Perikatan Nasional (PN) at Simpang Pelangai, here.
Dr Mahathir in his speech also spoke about the increasing price of rice and the government's failure to deal with declining ringgit value.
