KUALA LUMPUR - A group of men in white shirts were seen gathering not far from Masjid Jamek Kampung Baru area for the Save Malaysia Rally today.
Based on Sinar’s observation, the group was dressed in white to protest the discharge not amounting to acquittal (DNAA) decision on the Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
They also wrapped a white cloth written’ #SaveMalaysia’ around their head and donned a Jalur Gemilang patterned scarf.
The participants had gathered since 12.15pm.
There were also shirts being sold at RM20 per piece.
Yesterday, Perikatan Nasional (PN) Youth leader Ahmad Fadhli Shaari said that they would not budge from their decision to hold the rally which had been scheduled to take place in the nation’s capital.
He said that the decision was made considering that the police had received a notice regarding it.
