SHAH ALAM - The news on TV3 newscaster Raymond Goh's passing is not true, says former senator Datuk Ras Adiba Radzi.
Ras Adiba highlighted that Goh is still alive and currently receiving treatment at a hospital.
"The news being spread on his death is not true. He is still alive," she told Sinar Daily when contacted.
When asked about his well-being, Ras Adiba said he is currently in the intensive care unit (ICU).
"I have visited him, he is in ICU and his family members are with him," she said.
Yesterday, Ras Adiba took her Instagram to wish Goh a speedy recovery.
"We will not stop praying. Be strong Raymond, we know you can hear our voices praying for you," she wrote in her caption.
Recently, it was reported that the news anchor is in critical condition after suffering from a stroke and is currently receiving treatment after being admitted to a hospital on August 30.
Goh, who is also known as the 'man with the golden voice' has been in the broadcasting industry for 30 years.
