In conjunction with Merdeka, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur has tied up with local burger specialists myBurgerLab to offer four special burgers that celebrates Malaysia.
Available until Sept 30 at the Aqua Restaurant & Bar, the burgers highlights the various flavours that can be found across the country.
The Water Balloon Burger (RM68) features myBurgerLab’s signature charcoal bun topped with a signature sauce, mixed greens, grilled watermelon, chopped lychee and a 150g Australian beef patty.
The Mala Nashville Fried Chicken Burger (RM58) features a large butterflied fried chicken breast, topped with a Mala, honey, & butter sauce, cili padi infused pickles, and Asam Boi pickled onions.
The Burger Daging Berlado (RM68) showcases fluffy bun with cucumber slices, eggplant, Sambal Belado, salted egg mayo, ulam raja and an Australian 150g beef patty.
The Lamb & Mint (RM78) is made with a 150g lamb patty, topped with grilled artichoke, sundried tomatoes, romaine lettuce, sheep ricotta cheese and a Tzatziki sauce.
One of the pioneers and widely considered as the best Malaysian gourmet burgers, myBurgerLab began in a small shop lot in SeaPark, Petaling Jaya, in 2012.
Since then, the burger experts have garnered a mass following – spanning across six locations within the Klang Valley – based on their creative and innovative take on burgers, and their focus on customer service excellence.
