KUALA LUMPUR - Food content creator Syifa Jamil has emerged triumphant by securing the highly coveted Best Foodie award at the esteemed TikTok Awards Malaysia 2023, here.
The honour was awarded to Syifa during a prestigious ceremony attended by celebrated Malaysian actress and host of Ketuk-Ketuk Ramadan, Sheila Rusly, alongside Indonesian actress, Tya Arifin.
"I didn't anticipate winning this award, considering the multitude of deserving candidates.
"While I held out hope for Akie Jack, my idol, to claim victory, the unexpected nomination has left me feeling deeply thankful and pleasantly surprised," Syifa told reporters.
This is her second trophy.
"With this second achievement, I'm hopeful that it will serve as a renewed wellspring of motivation to persist in my endeavors and extend opportunities to others.
"Perhaps, this recognition will propel me to even greater heights of dedication and enthusiasm for my work.”
