KUALA LUMPUR - Muda might have split votes, as the Sungai Kandis seat was very closely fought, says Fahmi Fadzil.
The Communications and Digital Minister said that particular seat was a very close call for Muda.
"I think this is something which several observers and analysis have looked at, and that the spilt allowed forPerikatan Nasional (PN) to win the seat but I'm not prepared to make more comments on that for the moment."
Fahmi said he respected the state election results and that the unity government will work hard to unite the public and continue to solve issues faced by the public.
Moreover, he said it was too early to comment on any information or data that is not yet in his hands.
"I hope to get some time and I believe in several days, I would have a better insight into the results,"
"We would take all the data and especially on voter turn out as we have to understand what happened.
"I believe we would do a post mortem to understand it more deeper," he said
