SHAH ALAM - Two heavyweight candidates from Perikatan Nasional (PN), Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali and Datuk Seri Rina Harun, are trailing behind in the seats they contested in the state polls.
Unofficial results as at 8 p.m. saw Azmin, who is also the Chairman of PN Selangor, garnering a total of 3,068 votes in the Hulu Kelang State seat.
The Pakatan Harapan (PH) - Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate, Juwairiya Zulkifli, is leading the one-on-one contest with 3,575 votes.
Meanwhile, the number of votes received by Rina in the Batu Tiga state assembly seat is far behind her two challengers.
The Srikandi Chief of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) only managed to secure 42 votes.
The candidate from Parti Ikatan Demokratik Malaysia (Muda), Cheda Razak, is far ahead with 656 votes, followed by the PH - BN candidate, Danial Al-Rashid, son of the late veteran actor Harum Salim Bachik, with 424 votes.
