KUALA LUMPUR – The early voting held yesterday is leaning more towards Perikatan Nasional (PN), Datuk Mas Ermieyati Samsudin claims.

The Masjid Tanah MP said this prediction was based on what was heard and seen on social media, which she claimed showed the voters’ inclination towards the coalition.

"I hope what I heard is true, and this can be seen on Facebook, Tiktok, and other social media that they (the early voters) are publicly showing their (inked) finger with the hashtags ‘Perikatan Nasional’ and others, displaying their inclination towards us," she said when adressing the crowd at 'Ceramah Umum DUN Hulu Kelang' at Taman Melawati, here, tonight.

Mas Ermieyati said the state polls this time were important for the coalition to show their solidarity and make their voices heard, as well as their unity to reject the government.

This, she said, would also send a signal to the federal government that the public did not like being under the administration of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

"We’ll fight Anwar Ibrahim!" she said.
