KUALA LUMPUR - The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) today announced the appointment of Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa as the new Penang Deputy Chief of Police effective Aug 7.
PDRM secretary Datuk Noorsiah Mohd Saaduddin in a statement said that Rusdi was previously the Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department, (Investigation/Legal ) deputy director.
Following the appointment, Bukit Aman CCID (Fraud / Investment Syndicate Investigation) principal assistant director SAC Mohamad Usuf Jan Mohamad was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Rusdi.
"Mohamad Usuf will start his duties as the deputy director of Investigation/Legislation of the Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department on Aug 7 with the rank of DCP," she said. - BERNAMA
