Negeri Sembilan PH, BN Youth join hands for state polls

SEREMBAN - Negeri Sembilan Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth will work together to face the upcoming state polls.

This agreement was reached at the first meeting of the Negeri Sembilan Unity Youth Secretariat held at the Negeri Sembilan Amanah office here on Thursday.

PH Youth Chief Mohd Hanis Alimin said the cooperation was a historic moment for them, and they are determined to win all 36 state seats.

"By establishing this secretariat, we are more spirited to face the state election," he said.

BN Youth chief Mohamad Fadil Md Zin said based on their unity, they agreed to sit down at the same table despite never having done so.

"We have achieved a unanimous voice and appointed the Unity Youth Secretariat committee line-up without any disputes.

"We agreed to move together and ensure the youth machinery in each state assembly will aid the candidates from PH," he said.

They are also hoping that youth, either from BN or PH, will choose to remain with the grassroot leadership’s decision.
