MUAR - Police issued three summonses after breaking up a dispute between a group of high-powered motorcycle riders and members of the public in Jalan Majidi, near here, yesterday.
Muar District Police chief ACP Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz said the 10.15 am incident was believed to have been caused by the actions of a group of high-powered motorcyclists, who parked their vehicles on the pavement of a shop.
"Police resolved the dispute and asked for cooperation to move the vehicle, in addition to issuing three 170A summonses for obstruction to the owners of the motorcycles,” he said in a statement today.
He said police also detected three video clips that had gone viral on social media lasting 1 minute and 41 seconds; 1 minute and 32 seconds; and 1 minute and one second that featured the dispute and advised the public not to speculate about the incident. - Bernama
