SHAH ALAM - Former prime minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri and former Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin's ride on MRT without face masks has received a mix reaction.

Some took to social media to express their disappointment in RapidKL for allegedly practising double standards for permitting the two to travel on the MRT without masks.

Two days ago, Ismail Sabri shared a video on his Twitter account, showing him and Khairy riding the MRT from Bukit Bintang to Semantan.

The video included their entourage, including bodyguards, not wearing face masks while interacting with and taking pictures with some commuters on the train.

"Ismail and KJ did not wear face mask? Kj is the one who made the rules before right? How could he forgot ever since he is not the minister anymore?," @amer_aljeffrey said in his Twitter.

"You need to wear a facemask when using public transport sir," @sejajeoha987 said.
