The Lego Group is tying up with Lazada to host LEGO LazMall Super Brand Day this May 18.
From a social media building contest (#LEGOMYDreamItBuildIt) and exclusive bundles to gifts with purchase and exciting deals around the clock, this 24-hour shopping event invites customers to ‘Dream It, Build It’ by making their dream cars real with Lego vehicle sets.
With the hope of inspiring customers to unleash their creativity with Lego bricks and unlock the endless possibilities of what makes a dream car their dream car, the company has also teamed up with Universal Products & Experiences this year to feature a series of unique Fast & Furious-themed activations and Lego vehicle sets for its Lego LazMall Super Brand Day.
Customers can look forward to exclusive Lego Fast & Furious Starter Kits and stand to win movie tickets to the latest film in the Fast & Furious Saga, Fast X, coming soon to cinemas this month.
On top of the ‘Dream It, Build It!’ social contest, customers can also look out for exclusive Lego Fast & Furious Starter Kit Bundles which consist of an exclusive box that unfolds into a play mat for a unique and long-lasting unboxing play experience, Fast X merchandise from Universal Products & Experiences including a T-shirt and a lanyard, as well as two Lego Fast & Furious Speed Champion sets namely 76917 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) and 76912 Fast & Furious 1970 Dodge Charger R/T.
In conjunction with Lego’s LazMall Super Brand Day, there are also Lego Vehicles themed in-store activations happening on selected weekend afternoons from 13 April to 28 May in selected Lego Certified Stores, Legoland Malaysia Resort, and Toys"R”Us stores.
Interested participants can register for preferred sessions with the Lego staff or event crew on a first come, first served basis. With the aim of making every kid’s dream of owning a supercar come true, these vehicles-themed in-store activations help to create an atmosphere of awe-inspiring play for children surrounding cool, aspirational, and detailed models of realistic dream car sets.
Not only will participants get to engage in hands-on interactive play experience with a Lego Vehicles set, but they will also get to try their hand at building a simple Lego car on the spot using the assorted Lego bricks provided. Upon completion of both vehicles-themed checkpoints, participants can redeem a free Lego polybag.

Share the idea behind their design in a post with a caption

The top three winners with the most creative builds stand to walk away with prizes worth at least RM 950, while 10 consolation winners stand to receive up to RM 450 worth of prizes, courtesy of The Lego Group and Universal Group.
