KUALA LUMPUR - The ringgit has continued to weaken against the US dollar this morning as buying interest for the greenback increased.
The greenback had strengthened on the back of the improved United States (US) Producer Price Index and renewed speculations that the US Federal Reserve will tighten interest rates growth quicker than expected, said analysts.
At 9 am, the ringgit fell to 4.4245/4290 versus the greenback from Thursday’s closing of 4.4020/4060. - BERNAMA
