SHAH ALAM - Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says he was admitted at the National Heart Institute this morning for a checkup.
"After the examination, the doctor confirmed that my health is in good condition.
"I have immediately resumed my duties," said Anwar who was appointed as the prime minister in November.
"Thank God," he wrote in his Facebook page.
This comes after Human Resources Minister V Sivakumar
told reporters earlier today that Anwar could not attend the Thaipusam celebrations as he was unwell.
