HULU SELANGOR - Police has confirmed the viral clip of patrol car parked at a motorcycle lane had been issued a summon.
Hulu Selangor District Police chief Superintendent Suffian Abdullah said the car was owned by Johor Contingent Police.
"The Hulu Selangor police tracked a Facebook post showing the police vehicle breaking traffic rules when it was parked at a motorcycle lane.
"Investigations found the vehicle had a Johor Contingent Police licence plate and came from Kuala Kubu Bharu for official duties,” he said in a statement today.
Suffian said the Hulu Selangor Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division have issued a traffic summon for obstructing traffic.
"Police will not compromise on the offences committed and will implement enforce action on any violations that occur,” he said.
