Two more Covid-19 fatalities recorded

SHAH ALAM – The Health Ministry records 293 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday which brings the cumulative cases to 5,034,521.

Based on the data from the KKMNow portal, two deaths were recorded.

The death toll now stood at 36,932 since the pandemic began.

Meanwhile, a total of 10,320 active Covid-19 cases were recorded across the country with 9,942 patients undergoing home quarantine, 366 patients being treated at hospitals and 12 patients placed in the intensive care unit (ICU) with 10 requiring ventilator support.

A total of 326 patients were reported to have recovered bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,987,269.
