KUALA LUMPUR - A police vehicle believed to be carrying the bodies of the victims in the landslide tragedy in Batang Kali, Selangor arrives at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) at 12.20pm.
However, 10 minutes later, the bodies were brought back out to be sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital.
A HKL spokesman said this was done following a new directive from the police.
Sinar reported around 100 visitors were victims of the landslide at the public campsite near Father's Organic Farm, Batang Kali on Friday morning.
Selangor Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) director Datuk Norazam Khamis said the number of victims was a preliminary estimate from the police on who was involved at the incident around 3am.
"The height of the ruins is estimated to be 39 metres high with an estimated area of 1 acre," he said in a statement on Friday.
