SHAH ALAM - All 30 BN MPs are beleived to be heading to Istana Negara this morning to meet the King.
"It is understood they will be heading to the Palace individually and not in a group," Sinar Harian reported.
Last night, it was reported that BN may request for a postponement of their royal audience scheduled at 10.30am today.
However, whether the coalition will truly indeed request for the delay was something that BN treasurer-general Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Hussein has kept mum on.
"We hope it (the royal audience) can be postponed....don't know if it's possible or not. We don't want to form the government, but to state our stand (during the audience)," he said.
Earlier yesterday, Bernama reported that the King summoned the 30 BN MPs for an audience at Istana Negara individually after a lengthy meeting with the chairmen of Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Perikatan Nasional (PN); Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin yesterday.
Nov 19 polls saw Pakatan Harapan winning 82 seats, Perikatan Nasional winning 73 seats and BN 30 seats. Sarawak's GPS won 23 seats, Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) won 6 seats and warisan won three seats.
