SHAH ALAM - Graphic artist and activist Fahmi Reza’s forum was today allowed to proceed at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam.

The forum titled ‘Kelas Demokrasi’ began around 2.30pm at Tun Abdul Razak Library (PTAR) 2, Faculty of Law and was attended by around 100 students.

However, university security told all attendees to disperse when the forum had just begun.

The situation caused students who attended to cheer against the security personnel before changing the programme’s location to a different one.
