KUALA LUMPUR - Some irresponsible individuals allegedly vandalised at least three posters and banners of Pakatan Harapan Segambut candidate Hannah Yeoh.
Through an update on Hannah's Facebook on Tuesday, the campaign materials which were hung on the side of the road had been torn and cut.
Through the sharing, Hannah expressed her grief over the incident and claimed it was a dirty political attack.
"Vandalism! Residents of Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) inform me that this morning, the PH flag was pulled out, my banner was cut and my billboard was destroyed in several locations around TTDI.
"It's sad because we are not rich people. The political game is dirty and disgusting. Please compete cleanly," she shared on Facebook.
She also asked for cooperation from residents who had CCTV footage to share information by sending an email to hannah@hannahyeoh.com.
The Segambut seat incumbent also informed that a police report would be made regarding the incident.
In the 15th General Election, the Segambut Parliament would witness a three-cornered fight between V Prabagaran (Perikatan Nasional), Datuk Daniel Ling Sia Chin (BN) and Hannah (PH).
