SHAH ALAM - Amanah Raya Berhad (AmanahRaya)has appointed Ahmad Feizal Sulaiman Khan as the group managing director effective immediately.
AmanahRaya said that the company is confident that Ahmad Feizal is able to lead the group in maintaining its status as the country’s leading Legacy Management service provider which encompasses Will-Writing, Custodianship, Trust and Estate Administration services.
"Ahmad Feizal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick, the UK," AmanahRaya said in a statement.
Ahmad Feizal has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, real estate and business management, according to Amanah Raya. Prior to the appointment, he had served as the chief business officer of Malaysian Rating Corp Bhd.
Prior to his appointment at AmanahRaya, Ahmad Feizal was the Chief Business Officer of Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad.
