PETALING JAYA - Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is currently getting use to his new routine in Kajang Prison, said his daughter Nooryana Najwa.
Nooryana said her father was healthy and his fighting spirit was unbeatable despite being a bit tired after the top court dismissed Najib's appeal to overturn the jail term and RM210 million fine over seven charges in the case involving funds from SRC International, the former unit of 1Malaysia Development Bhd.
She said a representative from their legal firm met her father in prison yesterday.
"Daddy’s basic needs are met and he is getting use to a new routine, different from a packed 'Bossku''s daily schedule. .
"Thank you to the officers and guards at Kajang Prison for caring about his condition. We really appreciate your concern," she said through her Instagram account, today.
Yesterday, Nooryana Najwa uploaded a message from her father who wanted the family to continue the struggle
She added that his family and supporters will do their best, not only for Bossku, but also to Barisan Nasional, Umno and the rakyat.
