Thunder Match Technology (TMT), one of Malaysia's technology retailers, launched Southeast Asia's first HP Experience Hub located at Pavilion Bukit Jalil in partnership with HP Malaysia.
Sales and marketing director of TMT Eric Chan said "TMT is proud to have been a part of HP's journey in Malaysia. This collaboration has not only been instrumental in the growth of TMT to our position now as industry leader but we believe it has contributed significantly to the growth and development in IT usage across the board.
"This marks a new milestone in our relationship with HP and we are looking forward to more collaboration with HP to provide the best retail experience for our customers whilst simultaneously contributing to the overall growth of the industry and adoption of technology," he said.
Meanwhile managing director for HP Malaysia Alex Tan said: "Consumers today demand a seamless retail experience from online to offline and the HP Experience Hub aims to do just that by giving our Southeast Asian online shoppers access to customers service agents who guide them through their buying experience live, thus giving them a richer, more personalised experience - as if they were shopping at our physical stores," he said.
The store consist various sections like HP clinic to fix your gadgets, HP printer zone, new arrival zone, gaming experience and cozy waiting lounge The elevated experience rooms designed to give customers a feel of how the tech gadgets would look and feel in their set-ups.
The HP Experience Hub shows the entire range of HP products from all the different categories including desktops, laptops, and printers which caters for customers needs either personal or business.
Customers can also get hands-on experience whilst testing the products as well as having the opportunity to compare and contrast products to find what best suites for their needs.
The HP Experience Hub also features an interactive game wall which allows customers to try their hand at fun interactive games using the latest AR or VR technology.
