KOTA KINABALU - Sabah Pejuang has revealed a "national party" held a meeting with them recently to forge cooperation as the speculation over 15th General Elections (GE15) grows louder.
Its Information Chief, Winston Hassnal said: "recently a national political party has met with Pejuang and intends to forge cooperation.
"We are open to any political party that wants to cooperate, except political parties ladened with kleptocracy clusters and court clusters," he said in a statement on Saturday night.
He added this comes after Pejuang had said it intends to contest in GE15 in Sabah.
"Perhaps, they felt the heat and aura of Pejuang in Sabah," he added.
"So far, Pejuang Sabah recorded a high number of members, ranking third in the country. Led by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as Chairman, it has proven to be the choice of the people of Sabah," said Hassnal.
The Sabah's chapter was launched on May 22 as it prepares itself for the coming general elections which is widely speculated to be held this year.
