Are you a fan of the classic murtabak? Try it with a different filling, like tuna! This is a super simple yet flavourful dish.
Ingredients: 1 red onion
1 potato
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tin tuna 1 cup shredded cheese
1 egg
A pinch of parsley
Salt
Sugar
Spring roll pastry
Instruction:
1.Dice the onion and potatoes and preheat the pan on medium heat.
2.Add oil, onion, potatoes, mayonnaise, parsley, sugar, tuna, and salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add a beaten egg
3.Lay out the spring roll pastry on the plate, and pour 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture at the centre of the pastry. Add cheese and fold the pastry into a square.
4.Heat the pan with medium heat.
5.Add oil, add the murtabak and cook for 3 minutes. Flip the murtabak and cook for another 4 minutes.
