Potato Salad Wrap

There are many reasons to love potatoes - they are nutritious, delicious and easy to eat. This easy and healthy potato salad wrap is a perfect blend of tangy and sweet.

Ingredients:

1 tortilla wrap

1 boiled potato

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon white pepper

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon parsley

1/2 cup holland onion or red onion

3 leaves green coral lettuce lettuce green coral

Instruction:

1. In a bowl, mix together boiled potato, onion, mayonnaise, white pepper, lemon juice and parsley.

2. Place the lettuce on the wrap and and spread the potato mixture. Roll it up tightly.

3. Cook it in the air fryer for 180c for 10 minutes, and then serve.
